From breaking news to local enterprise stories, Angel Brock enjoys producing newscast to inform and engage her audience. Her series of skills have required her to develop a keen eye for detail, an ability to work around tight deadlines and have exceptional communication skills.
Angel is currently a News Producer at WUSA9 in Washington, D.C. where she produces the 4pm newscast. As a Producer, her responsibilities includes writing scripts, editing video, pitching story ideas, coordinating live shots, and finding trending and timely stories to engage with the D.C. area audience.
As a native Washingtonian, having this job is a dream come true for Angel.
She received a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in African American Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.
